About

Kalee and I, married in June 2007, are in our first year as house parents in the Beta Tau Chapter of Delta Tau Delta on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus.  If you would have told us two years ago that we would soon be moving into a fraternity house, we certainly would have laughed in disbelief.  Nevertheless, we are thrilled about the opportunity that has been extended to us and we look forward to serving the men of Delt.

The mission of Lives of Excellence is threefold:

  1. First and foremost, this blog is intended to serve as a tool and resource for the undergraduate members of Delta Tau Delta.
  2. We hope facilitate a connection between parents and their students as they are away from home at college.
  3. We desire to provide a means by which Beta Tau alumni might remain connected with the undergraduate chapter.
